FAQ — All you need to know about Lucky Jo Studio ceramics

How are Lucky Jo Studio ceramics made?

Each Lucky Jo Studio piece is handcrafted from stoneware, a particularly strong and durable clay. Once finished, the pieces are fired at high temperatures, making them dishwasher and microwave safe.

To keep them looking beautiful for as long as possible, however, avoid significant thermal shocks and handle them with care.

Is it possible to order a custom piece?

Custom creations and large quantity orders are possible, depending on my availability and current workload.

As Lucky Jo Studio is currently managed by one person, I unfortunately cannot accept all requests. The easiest way is to contact me so we can discuss what is possible together.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes, professional inquiries or quantity orders can be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Whether you are an individual with a custom project or a professional looking for multiple pieces, contact me to present your request, and I will respond based on my capabilities.

What to do when an item is out of stock?

Available pieces are made in small quantities and can therefore sell out quite quickly. I do not offer reservations, but you can be among the first to be informed of new arrivals.

When do restocks occur?

I try, as much as possible, to offer a restock approximately once a month. However, the frequency may vary depending on the time required for manufacturing and the number of pieces ready to be put online.

As each ceramic piece is handmade, stock levels necessarily depend on the production rhythm. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

How to track my order?

After your purchase, you will first receive an order confirmation email.

I then carefully prepare your package so that it can be shipped as soon as possible. Orders are generally prepared within 1 to 3 business days.

As soon as your package leaves the workshop, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can track its journey to your home.
